See Judge Act
For Indigenous Australians' health problems to be improved to the standard of the majority of Australian citizens, we must use the See Judge Act method. The See Judge Act method is a way to analyse the seriousness of the situation.
We must see what the problem is, what the causes are and what the consequences are. We must judge on whether to do something about the issue, decide what we think should be happening and think about what our beliefs and values say about the problem. Finally, we must act. We must decide on what we’d like to change, find something realistic we can do to help and involve others in the action.
In the case of Indigenous Rights, we must recognise the conditions that many Aboriginals are living in, choose to help them and then take action to make their lives better. (Young Christian Workers, 2012, viewed 20 May)
